We are seeking motivated and professional Independent Tax Preparers to join our growing team for the upcoming tax season. This is a 1099 contractor position with a 60/40 revenue split (you keep 60% of each return you prepare).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and compliant individual and business tax returns
• Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information
• Stay updated on tax laws and IRS guidelines
• Deliver excellent customer service to retain and grow your client base

Requirements:

• Prior experience preparing tax returns (individual or business) preferred
• Active PTIN required (or ability to obtain before start)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

• 60/40 split – you earn 60% of the revenue from each tax return prepared.
