A variety of seasonal park positions may be available at Indian River Marina: Night Watchmen – $15.00 Overnight shifts. Night Watchmen perform patrols of the docks, parking lots, bathhouse facilities and surrounding area, maintaining logs of vehicles, unusual events, and ensuring security of the marina office, cottages, and surrounding area. Patrols are completed indoors and outdoors and is responsible for late night cottage arrivals, patrolling cottage grounds, assisting tenants with any problems within the cottages and collecting revenue for the transient slip holders. Work is performed indoors and outdoors, weekends, evenings and holidays as scheduled to meet facility needs and must be willing to work around boats and water. Responsibilities Perform vehicle and foot patrol of assigned area(s). Collect appropriate fees for fuel sales. Perform custodial services for the dock. Provide excellent customer service and park information to visitors. Demonstrate responsibility, dependability, and good communication skills. Work independently. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Provides check-in services for cottage patrons. Performs vehicle and foot patrol of assigned area(s), with long periods of standing time. Must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas.
