Insurance Administrative / Office Administrator

Full-Time | In-Office

Salary: starting at $3,500 per month

About the Role

We are looking for one highly organized, reliable individual to support our insurance department while also assisting with general office administration and billing . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, follow-through, and clear communication.

You’ll work closely with our insurance operations and play a key role in keeping claims, policies, and office systems running smoothly.

Primary ResponsibilitiesInsurance Administration

  • Assist with filing and following up on insurance claims
  • Create and manage insurance policies
  • Track payments and policy statuses
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with TPAs (Third Party Administrators)
  • Maintain accurate and organized insurance records

Office Administration & Billing

  • Answer and route phone calls professionally
  • Input and manage data in Excel
  • Assist with billing-related tasks
  • Sort, file, and organize physical and digital paperwork
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Training & Support

  • Full training will be provided for all insurance-related processes and systems
  • No prior insurance experience required — we are happy to train the right candidate
  • Ongoing support and clear procedures to help you succeed in the role

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working with Excel and basic data entry
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through
  • Prior insurance experience is a plus , but not required — training provided
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
