Job Profile Job Title: Intern, Junior Business Analyst

Primary Location: Denver and Boulder, Colorado
Compensation: $20/hour
Congruex is looking for an
Intern, Junior Business Analyst to join our corporate team. Learn more about our operating unit at is CongruexCongruex designs and builds broadband and wireless communications infrastructure. Job Summary: Gain hands-on experience in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery. You will contribute to the team's efforts in ensuring timely and efficient service delivery across various accounts and geographic regions. Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to): - Collect and analyze data on service delivery key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time performance across different accounts and markets
- Identify trends and patterns in the data to pinpoint areas for improvement
- Prepare regular reports summarizing key findings and insights
- Including process compliance trends and gaps
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve service delivery processes and procedures
- Catalog process decisions, lessons learned, and risk associated with delivery timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Experience with data visualization applications such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with SQL and SSMS and standard ETL practices
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Outcomes: - During your time as an intern, you will have exposure to:
- Executive level reporting and meetings
- Large scale data analytics for a ~$1bil company
- Experience leading projects from ideation through delivery and support
- Office experience in a corporate setting
- Experience with Agile Project Management fundamentals
