Belcan Inc. est à la recherche d'un(e) assistant(e) à l'inventaire ayant de l'expérience en logistique, en approvisionnement ou en chaîne d'approvisionnement. En tant qu'assistant(e) à l'inventaire, vous serez responsable de.. :

• Gestion de l'inventaire
• Gestion des documents
• Suivi des commandes
• Correction et mise à jour de la facturation
• Suivi de la clôture avec les clients internes

Formation et expérience :

• Baccalauréat mais non spécifique au poste : DEC en administration ou en logistique serait également accepté.
• 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en logistique, en approvisionnement ou en chaîne d'approvisionnement.

Connaissances :

• Connaissance de SAP (atout)
• Bilingue Anglais et Français

Belcan Inc. is looking for an Inventory Assistant with experience in logistics, procurement or supply chain. As an Inventory Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Inventory management
• Document management
• Order follow up
• Fixing and updating billing
• Closing follow up with internal customers

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor but not specific to the position : DEC in Administration or Logistics would be accepted as well
• 2 - 3 years experience in logistic, or procurement, or supply chain

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of SAP (Asset)
• Bilingual English and French
