Our client is a leading Boutique Investment Bank in Denver. They have made a name for themselves in the Autotech space and are looking to grow their team as deal flow continues to grow. Role Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for the Autotech industry. As an Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting senior bankers in executing transactions, conducting market research, and developing client presentations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling. Prepare detailed pitch books, presentations, and transaction documents. Maintain and update financial databases and models. Qualifications: ~ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. ~1-3 years of experience in investment banking ~ Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). ~ Lincensed
