What We're Looking For CRB Securities, LLC is looking for an Investment Banking Associate to join a growing investment bank. We look for candidates who are intellectually curious, have excellent communication and presentation skills and are team players. The individual must be results driven and perform well under pressure and against tight timelines.
Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence and perform financial modeling and analysis
- Create and maintain marketing, pitch books, valuation materials and other deliverables
- Create confidential investor presentations
- Create ad hoc transaction organizational documents
- Take an active role in developing, structuring and executing transactions
- Work closely with senior team members in deal sourcing, negotiation and execution of transactions
- Manage and develop junior talent within the team
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of related experience also required
- Series SIE (or equivalent), 79 and 63 licensed required
- Effective communication, collaboration and network building skills
- Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize to meet multiple goals

Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $175,000.00
