As an Investment Consultant (IC) at Schwab, you have the opportunity to learn and grow within our Branch Network at the ground floor. The first foray int o the path towards becoming a Financial Consultant (FC) at Schwab, the IC role provides the exposure and experience required to advance in this challenging space. You’l l learn what it takes to build a book of business through proactive, outbound calls to existing Schwab clients, uncovering opportunities through needs-based analysis and positioning appropriate products and solutions. You’ll observe our skilled FCs and learn how to deliver unparalleled value and service through collaboration and mentoring.
