Econify is a NYC-based development shop comprised of smart, motivated developers. We primarily work with enterprise media companies, leading them through complicated technology problems. We’re currently seeking an iOS Developer who is passionate about crafting performant, elegant, and maintainable mobile applications to work with a high-profile partner. You should have a deep understanding of iOS development best practices and a keen eye for detail — someone who takes ownership of features from concept through launch and continuously seeks ways to improve the user experience. We’re currently considering US candidates that are located in New York or available to work US hours. This position allows for remote work, but will require occasional on-site presence. Skills & Requirements 3+ years of professional experience developing iOS applications in Swift Experience working with third party libraries using the Swift Package Manager Experience building maintainable and testable code bases. This includes API design and unit testing techniques Experience with multithreading programming and mobile memory management Strong object-oriented skills AVFoundation knowledge is a bonus Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating within cross-functional teams Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset About Econify Econify has been designing and developing Mobile, smart TV, and World Wide Web applications for clients since 2001.
