SummaryThe IT Data Analyst Intern 1 will gain experience and learn essential industry skills by providing data analysis support as part of the procurement and operations team. Utilize pre-existing skills to clean, analyze, and interpret data findings.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGEssential functions
· Maintains current knowledge of developments in management information to offer new solutions as problems and needs arise.
· Assists with data analysis and research support on specific projects.
· Assists in maintaining the organization's database.
· Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
· Attends office meetings within the IT department and other departments.
· Will learn to interpret data structures, create reporting solutions via SQL.
· Will learn to create SSRS reports from the ground up utilizing SQL stored procedures, udfs, and views.
· Will support reports as needed to ensure the business users have what they need to effectively do their job.
· Other duties as assigned by management.

WHAT WE NEEDRequired education and experience.
· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
· Active enrollment in a relevant post-secondary program required.

· Willingness to learn and self-motivated.
· Ability to work independently on projects.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
