Key Responsibilities Provide dedicated, high-touch support to senior leadership and their administrative teams—both onsite and remotely. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure executive needs are prioritized and resolved efficiently. Set up and maintain technical systems at corporate offices and residential locations, with occasional travel across the U.S. Troubleshoot complex technical issues under time constraints while maintaining professionalism and clear communication. Continuously improve support processes and frameworks tailored to individual executive workflows. Design and implement automation solutions using shared tools and platforms. Stay current with emerging technologies and identify opportunities for adoption within the executive environment. Collaborate with global teams to deliver seamless support experiences. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience supporting C-level executives or equivalent. 3+ years of hands-on experience with macOS, Windows, iOS, and AV/conferencing technologies. Demonstrated ability to evaluate and deploy advanced consumer technologies in residential settings, including home networks, desktop and mobile hardware, and A/V systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused demeanor. Comfortable working independently and in collaborative team environments. Driven, resourceful, and committed to delivering a consistently exceptional support experience.
