Fort Collins Youth Clinic is seeking a compassionate and skilled IBCLC to join our team! The Youth Clinic has been providing care to newborns through college age patients while supporting our Northern Colorado communities for over 60 years.

This position will staff a three day per week daytime schedule, working between 20 to 24 hours per week. The position will work from our Oak Park office located in Fort Collins, Colorado. Additional hours may be offered based on patient volumes.
Compensation includes a partial benefits package, including paid vacation time!

Wage Range: $27.00 to $33.00
*MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES*
· Provide individualized lactation support and education to new parents
· Assess and manage breastfeeding/chestfeeding challenges in collaboration with medical staff
· Develop care plans and follow-up with families to ensure successful feeding outcomes
· Offer in-person consultations, and telehealth visits as needed
· Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in team meetings
*JOB REQUIREMENTS*
· Current *IBCLC certification* (required)
· Experience in pediatrics, maternal-child health, or related setting preferred
· Strong communication and teaching skills
· Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Able to work independently but see collaboration as needed.
