Job Details As an RN Unit Supervisor, you'll manage a team of clinical support staff (CNAs, LPNs) in the nursing unit.
Beds: 40
Unit: Short-term Rehab
Shift: 3p-11p
Schedule: M-F
Hours: Full-time
Administrative Duties:
Assist with Admissions
Attend and participate in meetings
Conduct daily audits of all new admission charts
Serve as liaison between family, patient, doctor, and other departments
Investigate all incident reports and follow up
Participate in managing staff and assignments to ensure quality of care
Participate and report on patient conditions
Participate in annual evaluations of staff
