We are looking for a Lead Professional House Cleaner


No Nights, No Weekends, & No Holidays!

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Lead House Cleaner to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is not only experienced in cleaning but also skilled at managing people, scheduling, and communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on house cleaning services as needed.
• Recruit, onboarding, train, and supervise cleaning staff.
• Create and manage cleaning schedules using a computer or scheduling software.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Employee retention and experience.
• Customer service.

Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Proven hands-on experience in residential or commercial cleaning.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and communication.
• Good communication skills in English .
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Have a vehicle that will be driven to customers' homes, a valid driver's license, and car insurance (minimum liability)

Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
