Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet customers as they enter the store, providing top-notch customer service.
• Deliver quality food and beverages efficiently, tailored to customer preferences in a friendly atmosphere.
• Inspire and guide your fellow team members in effectively prioritizing tasks for success.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure that products are well-stocked, rotated, and presented attractively for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including in the kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, engage in repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift items weighing up to 20 pounds—ability to assist with lifting 40 pounds is also needed.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old (VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years or older for certain responsibilities).
