Legal Billing Clerk Law firm of less than 20 attorneys seeks an in-house legal Billing Clerk for full time employment in either its Baton Rouge (downtown) or Alexandria office. This person will be responsible for billing and collections including duties of data entry in billing software, interfacing with multiple types of billing portals, generating invoices through various means (i.e., U.S. mail, email, and uploading online), running reports including accounts receivable and taking appropriate steps to secure follow-up on overdue invoices. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., however, some flexibility is possible.
