By offering centralized support for inquires, scheduling, client/therapist matching, insurance contracting, billing and collections, our therapists get to focus on what they love most – providing high quality mental health services.

Position Overview

We are currently looking to hire 2 therapists to join our small group private practice. Whether you're an experienced therapist or newer to the field, we offer a supportive, low-stress work environment where you can grow professionally and make a meaningful impact on clients' lives. You’ll have the freedom to focus on therapy without the burden of administrative tasks, and we’ll provide you with the supervision and support you need to feel confident in your role.

Education & Licensing Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctoral level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a closely related field
  • Must have LCSW or LMFT, and a license that is in good standing
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

Ideal Candidate:

  • Licensure: Must be fully licensed in the state of California (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, etc.)
  • Experience: 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
  • Approach: A client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally competent approach to therapy.
  • Personality: Compassionate, empathetic, and able to work collaboratively within a small team.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
  • Coordinate services with other mental health professionals as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date web-based treatment files and clinical documentation.
  • Work in an independent setting with strong organizational skills and rigorous attention to detail.
  • Attend clinical trainings and meetings/supervisory meetings as required.
  • Adhere to professional and confidentiality requirements in handling client records.
