Med-Care Providers is a growing mental health and primary care practice dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally competent care to individuals, couples, and families. We specialize in evidence-based treatment and serve a diverse population through in-person and telehealth services.

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is credentialed with Nevada Medicaid and registered as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) . The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, and experienced in working with individuals, couples, and families facing mental health and relational challenges.

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
• Utilize evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EFT, solution-focused therapy)
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with Nevada Medicaid and HIPAA
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and primary care providers
• Participate in supervision, case consultations, and team meetings
• Maintain active licensure and QMHP registration
  

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Current, unrestricted LMFT license in Nevada
• Credentialed with Nevada Medicaid (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Registered as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with Nevada Medicaid
• Experience working with diverse populations and a wide range of mental health conditions
• Proficient with EMR systems and clinical documentation
  

• Bilingual (Spanish or other languages)
• Training in trauma-informed care, couples therapy, or family systems
• Experience with telehealth platforms
• Group therapy experience a plus
