Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber/Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, with the ability to build, assemble, and maintain various plumbing installations. This role requires plumbing certification, mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with hand tools, as well as the capability to perform heavy lifting as needed. A commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential.
What Youll Do: - Install, repair, relocate plumbing and drains in residential settings.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant plumbing codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- To earn more, you can be trained to build out the whole bathroom, and keep more of the project revenue.
We're looking for someone with: - A current, Washington State plumbing certification (no trainees).
- A valid driver's license.
- Tools and a truck.
- Experience working with local and state authorities to ensure compliance.
- A builder mentality who thrives in a startup-style environment.
- A low drama personality who can consistently follow process.
