As a Real Estate Showing Partner for The Gellman Team, you will be working with a premier agent who is incredibly well-versed in all things Real Estate, understands relationship building, and serves each client with 5-star service. This individual is focused on enormous growth in 2024 and has a need to partner with the right individual to reach new heights in the world of Real Estate.

With an incredible $32 million sold in 2023, ranking ahead of most teams, and over 260 families serviced for more than $130 million - we are looking to support our agent with the right Showing Partner who can play a pivotal role in assisting with their goal to double those numbers.

In this position, you'll have the opportunity to tour beautiful homes and provide expert guidance and support to clients and agents all while helping clients navigate the often-complicated home-buying process.

The Real Estate Showing Partner is the perfect opportunity for a newer agent who wants to grow and develop their career as well as an experienced agent who may be looking to pivot toward a new and exciting opportunity in real estate by working with industry leaders and innovators.

The Showing Partner needs to be a master of time management, excel at communication, and have the ability to think on your feet in any situation. Social media prowess and a keen eye for design and staging are preferred. This position is a combination of salary and commission.

Compensation:

$36,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Input client details in the CRM and effectively communicate all pertinent information between the agent and client
  • Support our agents in showing homes to qualified clients; including setting up showings, routes, showing materials and necessary supplies by providing clients with all relevant information
  • Follow up with clients after showings to get feedback, gauge interest, and answer any additional questions
  • Handle all communication with urgency and efficiency
  • Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor; that will allow you to build solid relationships with the team and clients
Qualifications:

  • Real Estate license (MO)
  • Real Estate experience (preferred)
  • MARIS/MLS/SUPRA experience
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Social media experience
