Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Locksmith to join our client’s team in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of locksmith experience, with a strong background in both installation and service across residential, commercial, and automotive settings. This role requires reliability, technical ability, and a commitment to delivering quality customer service.

Pay: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time Day Shift, must be available for on-call rotation at least once per month

Responsibilities include:

• Install, repair, and maintain locks, door hardware, and security systems
• Cut and duplicate keys, rekey locks, and troubleshoot lock-related issues
• Respond to emergency lockouts and service calls in a timely, professional manner
• Inspect locking systems and perform preventative maintenance as needed
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools, supplies, and materials
• Provide excellent service while maintaining discretion and confidentiality with clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional locksmith experience
• Proficient in both lock installation and service work
• Working knowledge of Safe Service systems preferred
• Experience with HDCP Auto Operator sales and service is a strong plus
• Comfortable participating in an on-call rotation (at least once per month)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Locksmith certification or licensure
• Experience with electronic and smart lock systems
• Automotive locksmith service capabilities
