Join our team as a Locksmith Retail Associate, where you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and locksmith services. We are a company that values strong communication skills and the ability to make customers feel welcome in our store. In this role, you will identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services, and recommend solutions. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints. Your contribution will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and contribute to the store’s profitability. Our retail stores operate from Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Obtain locksmith license and perform locksmith services (paid training provided)
• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure products are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Qualifications

• Mechanical inclination
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role
• Basic math skills
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• High school diploma or equivalent
