This role is integral for smooth workplace operations, particularly in facilitating Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC), maintaining accurate occupancy data, and enhancing space planning efforts. It offers significant opportunities for professional growth within the fields of corporate real estate and space planning. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all MAC activities including scheduling, communication, and onsite support. Update and maintain precise occupancy and seating data using IWMS/CAFM systems. Assist space planners in data collection, floor plan revisions, and reporting. Develop and keep up-to-date occupancy reports, move logs, and dashboards. Participate in move planning and execution, including vendor coordination and post-move follow-ups. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in IWMS/CAFM systems. Strong communication and coordination capabilities. Skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Industry Experience: Experience in corporate real estate, space planning, or related fields is highly beneficial, alongside familiarity with facilities management or construction management.
