Job Description

Our client, a global semiconductor company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the fabrication department supporting the creation of wafer chips that go into cell phones. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Fort Collins, CO

Pay Range: Day Shift - $45k annually, Night Shift - $50-55k annually

Shifts: Day Shift 6am-6pm, Night Shift 6pm-6am

Rotating Schedules (Front half or back half of the week available)
Sun/Mon/Tues every other Wed  OR Thurs/Fri/Sat every other Wed 

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery in the fabrication department.
• Ensure the quality and precision of wafer chips during the production process.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

What's Needed?

• The ability of proficient hand-eye coordination.
• Previous manufacturing machine operation experience is preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to pass a pre-employment assessment.
• Ability to fully gown-up in a cleanroom environment.
