Job Description

Position Title: Machine Operator

Wage: $18.10 per hour

Shift: Night

Hours: 5:30pm-5:30am (2-2-3)

This position has the opportunity for hire and is located in Mount Pleasant, IA.

Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Read and understand production-related paperwork.
- When the machine is not running, clean up work area and inspect the finished product.
- Monitor supplies, make sure all machine guards are in place.
- Communicate with next shift supervisor about issues or instructions, etc.
- Be able to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
- Pack boxes and palletize finished products.

Machine Operator Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Must be able to twist, grasp, lift, bend, reach, stoop, and crouch repetitively.
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Must pass basic Math and Ruler test.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
