Job Description

$17.50-22.70/hour

Shifts: 

2nd shift: 3pm-11:30pm

3rd shift: 11pm-7:30am

The Production Machine Operator is responsible for the safe operation of the fillers, packers, labelers and palletizers. It is the responsibility of the Machine Operator to ensure that a quality product is produced while at the same time keeping the machines running and ensuring that minimum downtime is experienced. Job Requirements:

• Possess strong communication skills both verbal and written (English).
• Be familiar with all safety rules and work safely.
• Be able to read and follow instructions.
• Be able to do basic math calculations accurately.
• Be able to prioritize and make a quick decision.
• Be able to complete any required paperwork accurately.
• Maintain good attendance.
• Work weekends and overtime as required.
• High energy level.
• Be self-directed and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to routinely lift 40lbs.
• HACCP and GMP knowledge a plus!
• Experience inputting results into a computer system.
