Job Description

RESSCO is looking for a highly motivated Maintenance Supervisor to manage one of our communities in Toledo, OH. RESSCO owns and manages thousands of units in multiple states in the Midwest. Position Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the maintenance team
Ensure all work orders are completed per company standards and expectations
Ensure all vacant units are ready to rent per company standards and expectations
Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans
Assist with Budget development and review
Ensure vendors complete all jobs per company standards and expectations
Help the Property Manager meet and exceed monthly income budget objectives
Help the Property Manager meet and/or exceed occupancy objectives
Supervise, train, motivate and hire all maintenance staff
Oversee maintenance staff and service request system
Promote and maintain positive resident relations and communication
Implement RESSCO policies and procedures
Maintain top-notch curb appeal

Experience and Skills:

Minimum 3-5 years of maintenance supervisory experience in multifamily.
Working knowledge of all building mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC required
Committed to providing exceptional customer experience
Skilled Negotiator preferred
Strong leadership skills
Effective Communicator with great people skills
Availability to work evenings and weekends if necessary
Highly organized individual, adept at multi-tasking
