Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in digital marketing and a passion for creating impactful campaigns. As a Marketing Associate, you will work closely with the marketing team to execute online campaigns, track performance, and support overall marketing strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience in marketing to build their career in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, Google Ads, and content marketing. Content Creation: Support in the creation of engaging content such as blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and landing pages to attract and engage our target audience. Analytics & Reporting: Track and report the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms to ensure KPIs are met. Social Media Marketing: Help manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and ensuring the company’s message aligns with its values. SEO & SEM Support: Assist in SEO efforts, including keyword research, content optimization, and on-page SEO improvements to increase organic traffic. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to help develop new marketing strategies. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product) to ensure alignment on brand messaging and marketing initiatives. Minimum Requirements: Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Freshers with a keen interest in digital marketing are welcome to apply. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or coursework will be considered. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp). Creative Mindset: Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create compelling content for different platforms. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with team members and external partners. Analytical Thinking: Comfort with data analysis and ability to interpret results to optimize campaigns. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
