Are you a natural organizer with a passion for creating memorable experiences? Steelite International, the global leader in premium tableware, is seeking a Marketing Event/Sponsorship Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our marketing team.

This is an on-site position, located in beautiful Downtown Youngstown!

What will I do as a Marketing Event/Sponsorship Coordinator?

• Coordinate and execute trainings & events, including but not limited to booking travel & transportation, ordering product, organizing meals, and set up/tear down
• Facilitate sponsorships & agreements, including but not limited to ordering product, filling out agreements, traveling for set up/tear down as necessary
• Ensure proper beautification prior/post events taking place inside showrooms
• Work with management to create event agenda’s
• Occasional travel to/from showrooms to ensure the space and product are properly organized and merchandised
• Travel to/from tradeshows when needed to assist with set up and tear down
• Coordinate, order & assemble sample kits and gifts
• Assist in managing inventory and organization in Marketing storage closets
• All other duties as assigned

What are the qualifications and skills?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• Two year's of Marketing experience (preferred)
• Must possess excellent data integration skills using the entire Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in visual merchandising & social media platforms (preferred)
• Must be able handle spikes in job demands
