Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our corporate marketing team. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the marketing field. The Marketing Intern will assist with a variety of tasks, from digital and social media management to administrative support, and will be a valuable utility player within our department. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, flexible with various time zones, and experienced with digital tools and platforms.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation and management of content for digital and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.).
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list management, and performance tracking.
  • Use Canva to design marketing materials such as social media graphics, email templates, and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining marketing calendars.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with team members across various time zones to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with digital and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with Canva and basic graphic design principles.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable to working across different time zones.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
