River's Edge Pharmacy has become a leader in infusion therapy services. Administered by specially trained infusion nurses, these services are provided at standalone locations, physicians' offices or at home through a huge network of nursing agencies. River's Edge Pharmacy started in Rancho Mirage, CA in 2008 to address the need for compassionate care by specialty pharmacies. In 2013, the Company moved to a larger facility in Palm Desert, CA.

Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing (SEO, social media), and promotional initiatives. This role involves managing budgets, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and collaborating with internal teams to create content that enhances brand visibility. Plans and implements the organization's advertising and promotional activities.


  • Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on identified market needs.
  • Develops innovative strategies to attract customers to the company's brand through various web-based marketing programs and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.
  • Maintains current knowledge of online marketing opportunities and trends, web analytics, and SEO techniques.
  • Identifies appropriate social media platforms and other web-based tools to use in the promotion of each product or service.
  • Oversees the implementation of online marketing plans; compiles and analyzes data to measure the effectiveness of such plans.
  • Reports campaign results to management, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Identifies and recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs and additional or new marketing strategies and opportunities.
  • Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department's operating budget.
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Collaborates with creative team to brainstorm and draft advertising ideas that meet company's needs.
  • Interviews internal stakeholders and researches their products and services as needed to understand and effectively promote the features and benefits of those services.
  • Proposes advertising ideas and plans to internal stakeholders, presenting multiple options to discuss and develop further.
  • Implements advertising plans according to agreed-upon schedules, budgets, channels, and other parameters.
  • Develop and execute innovative branded gifts and promotional items to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
  • Assist in designing and production of all types of marketing materials.
  • Drive brand growth through creative campaigns and out-of-the-box marketing ideas.
  • Continuously explore new marketing trends and incorporate fresh concepts to strengthen brand presence in the market.

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communication, Art, or Graphic Design required.
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Art, or Graphic Design preferred

Experience:


  • Two or more years of marketing experience
  • Two or more years of experience in long-range planning

Working Conditions:


  • Standard office environment.
  • Occasional travel within Southern California may be required.
  • Full-time position with standard business hours; flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods is expected.
