Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify target audiences, create compelling marketing campaigns, and leverage data-driven insights to maximize brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies based on market trends, consumer insights, and company goals.
    • Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing plans to effectively reach and engage them.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends and benchmark performance.
  2. Campaign Development & Management:

    • Design, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, content, and offline).
    • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and external agencies to ensure cohesive and compelling messaging.
    • Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and metrics for each campaign to measure performance and ROI.
  3. Brand Development:

    • Enhance brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels to ensure consistency.
    • Identify new opportunities for brand growth and expansion in existing and emerging markets.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling brand assets and content.
  4. Collaboration & Communication:

    • Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
    • Present marketing strategies and campaign performance to stakeholders and leadership.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
