Description General Responsibilities: Tutors students in various levels of math in the FDTC Math Hub.
Examples of Duties Job Functions :
- Assist developmental math instructors in the hub classroom environment.
- Tutor students in arithmetic through calculus in the tutoring room.
- Monitor student testing in the Testing Room.
- Assist Tutor and Testing Coordinator with various hub related duties.
Typical Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Must have at least a 3.0 overall GPA. Must have completed at least MAT 110 with A average. Must have strong interpersonal skills to work with the general student population. Must have reliable transportation. Must be dependable and punctual.
Supplemental Information Anticipated Hours :
Monday and Tuesday 9:30 am - 5:30 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9:30 am - 8:30 pm, Friday 8:30 - 11:30 am, and Sunday 4:30 - 8:30 pm.
