Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Assembler for a manufacturing company located in Aliso Viejo.

Paying $18-$21/Hr. Evaluation to hire.

Schedule: 6am-2:30pm 1st shift!!!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Assemble, solder and weld quality components that meet customer specifications and deadlines, without rejection, in a fast-paced work environment.

• Able to read and understand the process documents and gather information regarding the parts.

• Ability to use a microscope and/or magnifier.
• Must be able to distinguish and decipher between colored wires on transformers for jig assembly.
• Clean and label components per product specifications.
• Use small hand tools like tweezers, and clips to assemble components.
• Assemble various parts and products at various stages of production.
• Ensure continuous flow of work in process.
• Prepares completed assemblies for shipment.
• Contribute to team effort by performing other supporting tasks as directed by the Shift Supervisor or Lead.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Use cleaning cloths with acetone, methanol, and isopropyl alcohol to wipe surfaces prior to shipping product.
• Identifies and documents discrepant material.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
