1.Job description

Very fast paced Internal Medicine office in search of 4 experienced referral coordinators. (Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required).

Description:

Assisting patients by coordinating referral appointments, working with insurance companies and other care providers to share essential patient information. General administrative and clerical front office tasks will be included in this position (ie: answering phone calls, maintaining patient records,).

Essential functions are as follows:

• Receive authorizations (paper and electronic)
• Resubmit any authorization for modifications.
• Maintain and update patient records
• Provide administrative support

This position is full-time.

Job Type: Full or Part-time

Pay: Depends on experience $17 to $22 per hour

MEDICAL SCRIBERS 3

2 .Job description

Very fast paced Internal Medicine office looking for an experienced medical scribe to start immediately. (Medical Assistant licensing preferred but not required).

Job Summary:

Provide a broad range of administrative and medical charting services for the entire clinic as needed. This position will provide support to ensure optimal clinic flow.

Duties:

• Transcribing medical reports into EHR system while Physician is seeing patient(s).
• Correct errors in transcription, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
• Update all patient information into EMR
• Send prescriptions as dictated by Physician.
• Other job duties as assigned.
