IDC/RCD is hiring a
Medical Receptionist: Part-Time .
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet patients and check patients in/out for appointments
- Handle incoming/outgoing patient communications (phone, e-mail, website)
- Schedule patient appointments via phone/in person
- Process patient payments
- Assist with appointment reminder calls and insurance eligibility verification
- Disseminate patient needs to Providers, Clinic, and other Administrative Staff
- Travel up to 75%
- Travel up to 65 miles
- Other duties as assigned
