Are you passionate about providing patient service through quality and convenient care? Iowa Dermatology Clinic (IDC) and RC Dermatology Clinic (RCD) is looking for talented individuals to join our amazing team!

IDC/RCD is hiring a Medical Receptionist: Part-Time .

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet patients and check patients in/out for appointments
• Handle incoming/outgoing patient communications (phone, e-mail, website)
• Schedule patient appointments via phone/in person
• Process patient payments
• Assist with appointment reminder calls and insurance eligibility verification
• Disseminate patient needs to Providers, Clinic, and other Administrative Staff
• Travel up to 75%
• Travel up to 65 miles
• Other duties as assigned
