Rowland Heights Mobile Estates Mobile-home Park is looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and can handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Experience is preferred, but not required!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tenancy documentation and assist with lease management processes
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and service requests
• Handle move-in and move-out processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
• Process applications for tenancy and perform credit checks
• Use Docusign for digital documentation and signatures
• Input and maintain accurate data in our systems
• Assist management with day-to-day office tasks and other administrative duties
• Provide excellent customer service and assist residents with their inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in using digital tools (experience with Docusign is a plus but not required)
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Benefits:

• $20 per hour
