• Lead store success by delegating tasks effectively while ensuring the highest operational and customer service standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, equipping them with the skills needed to provide outstanding service and giving constructive feedback to the General Manager.
• Work alongside Team Members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Promote a positive and engaging store culture by embodying our Performance Standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following all regulatory and compliance standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must possess the ability to multitask and perform physical activities such as repeated bending, standing, and reaching, with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds. Assistance may be required for lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Applicants should be at least 18 years old (Note: Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks).
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
• Prior experience in food service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way daily (mileage reimbursed for distances exceeding 30 miles one way).
