Mobile notary to act as a signing agent. We work with escrow companies whose clients are buyers, sellers or refinancing their home.

The Notary / Signing Agent will be responsible for providing notarial services to clients. This position entails witnessing and authenticating documents and verifying the identities of those involved in the process. The Notary Public ensures the accuracy of the documents and that all parties involved are acting of their own free will in order to protect the integrity of the documents.

Notary / Signing Agent Duties and Responsibilities

• Verify the identity of clients who need notary services
• Witness and authenticate signatures on documents
• Ensure that all parties involved in the notarization process are acting of their own free will
• Ensure the accuracy of documents prior to notarization
• Record notarizations in a journal
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude with clients
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to the notarization of documents

Notary /Signing Agent Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Notary Public certification
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of notary laws and regulations
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
