Communicate requirements and other information to clients. Making phone calls to clients. KEY BACKGROUND: Notary Public license. Must be a U.S. citizen. High School diploma or equivalent. 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. KEY SKILLS: Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred) Strong customer service orientation. Excellent telephone skills. Detail oriented. Effective time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Problem solving skills. Strong organizational skills.
