Job Description: The system includes a 49-bed, Level-IIIB NICU, a 15-bed Level-IIIA NICU, as well as one Level-II NICU and well-baby coverage.
The program provides education and critical information for NICU families, family-centered care training for hospital staff, and resources to improve the patient and family experience.
Active NNP involvement in the practice's QI initiatives, unit function and education is available and encouraged
Must have Board Certified Neonatal NP (cannot accept Client, FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications)es for one-on-one mentorship

Certification Requirements:
Board Certified

State License Requirements:
Missouri

Additional License Requirements:
Current APRN national specialty certification (Neonatal Nurse Practitioner), Current APRN national specialty certification, Minimum of a master's degree
