Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 / year
Description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Operations, handling a variety of tasks that are essential to the smooth running of our company.
This is a dynamic and wide-ranging role for someone looking for something a little different every week: you will dedicate approximately 30% of your time to inner-company IT responsibilities and 70% to assisting the Director of Operations with critical projects. Key Responsibilities - Support the Director of Operations: Assist with a range of operational projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
- Data Management: Perform data cleaning, imports, and exports; proficiently manipulate data in Excel to generate reports and insights.
- CRM Operations: Support our CRM system (HubSpot), including developing some reporting. HubSpot certifications are a plus.
- Software Implementation: Assist in the selection, implementation, and management of new software and SaaS products across the company.
- Developer Coordination: Work with external developers to oversee the creation of new software solutions, ensuring they meet our operational needs.
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations within Microsoft 365.
- IT Onboarding and Offboarding: Handle the technical aspects of onboarding new employees and offboarding those leaving, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Technical Support: Provide frontline troubleshooting and resolution for computer and phone issues, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
What we are looking for: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong Excel skills, knowledge of different data types, and experience importing & exporting data.
- Excellent sense of organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration.
- Knowledge of Single-Sign On (SSO) solutions.
- Familiarity with VoiP systems.
- Strong skills in managing IT assets.
- Expertise in Apple/Mac technical support.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
