Overview

RedCloud Consulting is a business and IT consulting company with local Puget Sound Enterprise and Mid-sized clients. RedCloud seeks an Organizational Change Consultant to support immediate client operations. We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support a digital transformation initiative focused on implementing enterprise risk management capabilities within ServiceNow. This role will play a key part in driving user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness for the rollout of new risk management processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to support the ServiceNow risk management rollout.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand organizational impacts, readiness, and adoption challenges.
• Create and manage communications plans to deliver the right messages to the right audiences at the right time.
• Build and maintain a SharePoint site to house documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
• Design and deliver training programs, guides, and workshops to prepare impacted teams for new processes and tools.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and engagement by asking the right questions to uncover needs, risks, and dependencies.
• Track and report on adoption metrics, feedback, and effectiveness of change management activities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Proven experience in organizational change management, ideally in technology or platform rollouts.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow (preferably in risk management or GRC modules).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience creating training content and managing knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint).
• Ability to structure, plan, and execute change activities in alignment with project timelines and goals.
• Prosci or other change management certification (preferred).

Compensation range for position is $117,000 $130,000 DOE.
