Job Title: Packers

Location: Mentor, OH
Shift: 1st & Weekend Shifts Available 6am to 4:30PM M-Thurs or 6a-630p Fri-Sun
Pay: $17.00 (Weekend Shift Diff $3.25)

Job Summary:


The Packer is responsible for the accurate and efficient packaging of medical products in a clean and controlled environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet quality and safety standards before distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package sterilized medical products according to customer specifications and quality standards
• Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies before and during packaging
• Label and box products accurately, ensuring proper documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and report any issues to the supervisor
• Meet productivity and quality goals on a daily basis

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions

Work Environment:

• May involve standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion throughout the shift
• Cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment
• PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required
