We are currently searching for one Part-Time Maintenance Technician , to join our team at Brindle Estates and Brindle Terrace Apartments. Rate: $18/hr - $22/hr based on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, Day Time Hours, 20-25 Hours per Week.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments, to include painting.
• May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Light electrical, plumbing, in apartments.
• Appliance repair.
• Cleaning of common areas.
• Customer service.
• Light Salt / Snow removal duties.
• On-Call will be required. Coverage areas include communities in Chambersburg and Shippensburg
• May be Eligible for an on-call bonus!

• Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
