Title: Nanny/housekeeper
Location: Garnet Valley, PA
Salary: $30/hr
Living Accommodations: Live Out

Single Dad looking to hire a nanny/housekeeper in Garnet Valley, PA. To help him with some personal administration, go grocery shopping, , and light housekeeping.

About The Family: He has 2 kids ages 9 and 14 who live with him about 50% of the time. Usually has the kids Monday morning to Wednesday mornings and every other week Friday afternoon to Wednesday morning.
They are very self-sufficient but need help getting them back and forth to school, meal prep, keeping the house clean, errands, etc.
Someone who is good with time management and can cook, prep meals for the week, and do grocery shopping. The days the kids are not home are days to do more of the deep cleaning, changing the bedding once a week, laundry, and errands. 
Someone who can do personal assistant type work depending on new hires' skills and desires.

What Works Best for Family : Someone who is flexible, easy-going, and does not need a lot of direction. The kids are very well-behaved and very self-sufficient. More focused on someone who has good skills with cooking, cleaning, and support around the house. Need help getting kids back and forth to school and helping my son get started with his homework.

Home square footage 5500.00 with 5 bedrooms, 4 and a half baths. The only rooms for cleaning are the 3 bedrooms being used, the family room, office, kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. Other rooms just need to be lightly cleaned and organized. 

Position Responsibilities

• Childcare: 2 Children, Ages 14, (G) and 9 (B)
• Housekeeping: Full Housekeeping Required
• Cooking: Family Meals, Special Dietary Restrictions (Daughter is allergic to Peanuts), Low carb diet.
• Laundry: Family Laundry, changing bedding once a week
• Errands: Weekly Grocery Shopping
• Driving: Car Available for Position
• Travel: No Travel Required

Position Requirements

• Work Hours: very flexible, just needs 20hrs/week
• Languages: English
• Experience: 5 plus Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
• Personality Traits: Good with time management, reliable, trustworthy, and organized
