Schedule: Wednesday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a  Patient Care Coordinator for a 6-week contract with potential to extend . This role works under the direction of a physician or designee, using strong communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless care for patients in a surgical or non-surgical setting. The coordinator serves as a patient advocate, helping individuals navigate their care from entry through completion of clinic services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and clinic services to ensure smooth delivery of care.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring timely access to health services.
• Provide a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle confidential data with professionalism and discretion.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical/healthcare setting  OR 2 years in a customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using  Electronic Medical Records (EMR)systems.

Contract Duration: 6 weeks, with potential for extension
Schedule: Wednesday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
