People & Culture Leader

???? Salary: $100,000 – $125,000

Are you a people-focused HR professional who inspires rather than enforces? We’re seeking a People & Culture Leader to strengthen teams from the inside out, with a focus on employee engagement, growth, and retention in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll walk the floor, connect with employees at every level, and build a workplace culture rooted in trust, motivation, and accountability — not rigid rules.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Development & Employee Engagement (Primary Focus)

  • Coach and mentor employees and supervisors to achieve career growth

  • Foster a positive, motivating workplace culture built on trust and respect

  • Lead onboarding, career pathing, and continuous learning initiatives

  • Relaunch and manage recognition programs to celebrate achievements

  • Conduct regular check-ins and support performance development plans

  • Create communications that highlight successes and inspire progress

Hiring & Talent Pipeline (Approx. 20%)

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, and interview coordination

  • Build relationships with schools, training programs, and community partners

  • Ensure timely, quality hires to support organizational growth

  • Partner with leadership on job design and strategic hiring decisions

HR Systems & Support

  • Maintain HR records and updates in iSolved and Employee Navigator

  • Monitor attendance and ensure documentation compliance

  • Provide thoughtful, tactful guidance when challenges arise

  • Support leadership in sensitive HR matters with discretion and empathy

Who You Are
  • Experienced HR professional in industrial, skilled trades, or manufacturing

  • A motivator and trusted partner , not a disciplinarian

  • Strong communicator who builds authentic relationships across teams

  • Proactive “floor-walker” who connects directly with employees daily

  • Creative problem solver who enjoys building HR programs from the ground up

  • Balances empathy with accountability to help teams perform at their best

Compensation & Schedule
  • Salary: $100,000 – $125,000

  • Schedule: Full-time, On-site | Suburban Philadelphia
