We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant for a private residence based in Miami, Florida Overview: The Personal Assistant role requires direct communication and interaction with the principals on a daily basis and plays a crucial role in the daily operations of this household, providing support in cleaning, maintenance, and guest services. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure that all aspects of the environment are well-maintained and welcoming. This position will require you to travel with the principal to the Northeast of the US for the Summer months. A valid driver's license. You will be experienced in interior management with a knack for handyman type skills Key Responsibilities: Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning tasks in all areas of the home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Ensure that all fixtures, furniture, and appliances are in good working condition, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel. Guest Services: Welcome guests and provide assistance as needed, including serving drinks, helping with luggage, or providing information about the household. Ensure guest areas are tidy and well-prepared for arrivals. Household Management: Assist with household inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies such as cleaning products, toiletries, and groceries. Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, or assembling furniture. If applicable, assist with gardening or outdoor upkeep, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and maintaining outdoor spaces. Pet Care: Provide care for household pets, including walking dogs, feeding, and ensuring their overall well-being. Event Preparation: Assist in setting up for events or gatherings within the home, including arranging furniture, decorating, and serving food or beverages. Skills and Qualities: Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and address cleanliness and maintenance issues promptly. Customer Service Orientation: Friendly demeanor and willingness to assist guests and residents. Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. Basic Maintenance Knowledge: Familiarity with common household repairs and upkeep. Salary: To be discussed with the principal and D.O.E There is no Relocation Package.
