• The Patient Services Representative supports patients during check-in, provides exceptional customer service, and assists with lobby operations.
• This role also serves as an entry pathway into Phlebotomy.
• Candidates must be willing to learn phlebotomy skills and perform specimen collection once trained.

• Willingness to work in both front desk and phlebotomy functions.

• 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience (retail, home health aide, etc.) required.
• No prior phlebotomy experience required.
